Is the Miniatures of Gloomhaven: Gloomhaven Base Set required for Forgotten Circles, Jaws of the Lion, or Frosthaven?
No - but monsters that return/reoccur from Gloomhaven are not included in Miniatures of Gloomhaven: Expansion Sets and will require standee usage for select monsters without the Gloomhaven Base Set.

No, unfortunately do to the size, weight, and production timelines of Gloomhaven products we are not able to hold product for single wave fulfillments.

Will these products be available in languages other than English?
Yes, but this campaign is for the English version only.
We are already working with our localization partners to get localized versions of the game into the normal market in a timely manner (around 6-12 months after the English release).

Is Frosthaven and/or Gloomhaven 2nd Edition compatible with Jaws of the Lion?
Yes, all characters can be transferred over from one game to another, enhancements and all. Just keep in mind that each game is a separate campaign, so you’ll have to form a party of new level 1 mercenaries when you start playing.

How does the pledge manager work with the five-wave shipping?
We are doing five-wave shipping with BackerKit. What this means is that BackerKit will be open in five separate windows. During each wave the pledge manager will reopen and you can add any items from the current wave or any future wave. Any items added during that wave will be charged when that wave closes.
Note that this will not change the shipping timelines for each wave.

Are there any exclusives I can't get later?
No, Cephalofair Games has never been about exclusives. We don’t want to scare you into buying something from us, and we don’t want to deny our retail customers from getting the best experience they can have. Instead, we’re simply offering our products at a reduced price with additional deals if you bundle it with other products. Some of these products, like the solo scenarios, may not be available in retail, but we will still sell them at conventions and on our web store.

Are there group pledges available?
No, because each game box is so large, it ships separately in its own carton, so there is no savings to be had shipping multiple games to the same location.

Can I pledge and order multiple copies?
Yes, in the pledge manager, you can order up to 3 copies of each base game or miniature set. Shipping will be the same for each base game though, since every copy will ship separately.

If I want multiple copies can I just pledge the retailer level?
No, the retailer tier is only for brick and mortar retail stores with a physical location. We will be verifying everyone who pledges for that tier, and if you do not qualify, we will not refund the $30 deposit.

Will the Gloomhaven organizer(Folded Space or LaserOx) work for Frosthaven or vice versa?
With the differences in components between the two games they will not be 100% compatible.

Can I get character standees in addition to/instead of miniatures?
Both standees and minis of all character classes come in both Frosthaven and Gloomhaven 2nd Edition, however we will not be offering character standees separately of the base games.

What is BackerKit?
BackerKit is a service that crowdfunded project creators use to keep track of hundreds to tens of thousands of backers—from shipping details, pledge levels, preferences and quantities, whether they have paid or had their card declined, special notes, and everything in between!

How does BackerKit work?
After the campaign ends, the project creator will send you an email with a unique link to your survey. You can check out a walkthrough of the process here.
I never received my invitation. How do I complete the survey?
The most common reasons for not receiving a survey email is that you may be checking an email inbox different from the email address you used to sign up with Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account, or it may be caught in your spam filter.
Confirm that the email address you are searching matches the email address tied to your Kickstarter, Indiegogo, or Tilt Pro account. If that doesn’t work, then try checking your spam, junk or promotions folders. You can also search for "backerkit” in your inbox.
To resend the survey to yourself, visit the project page and input the email address associated with your Kickstarter, Indiegogo or Tilt Pro account.
How do I update my shipping address?
BackerKit allows you to update your shipping address until the shipping addresses are locked by the project creator. To update your address, go back to your BackerKit survey by inputting your email here.
When will my order be shipped, charged or locked?
That is handled directly by the project creator. BackerKit functions independently of the project itself, so we do not have control of their physical shipping timeline. If you want to check on the project’s status, we recommend reading over the project's updates page.
I completed the survey, but haven't received my rewards yet. When will they arrive?
